How long do special orders take?

Every week we drive our truck to Portland to pick up our received ordered materials. Special ordered materials have various lead times. We are happy to check on any materials you are interested in and provide you with an estimated arrival time per the manufacturer.

How long does installation take?

Installation for the various flooring materials varies based on difficulty of the install, whether the material is in stock (or needs special ordering), and on our schedule availability.

Are your employees qualified?

All of our contractors are licensed and bonded. They are friendly and skillfully qualified. Many of our contractors can do a multitude of different projects, from countertops or floors to setting up blinds for your windows.

How do estimates work?

Our estimates process begins with a stop into the showroom or phone call. Relay your needs and wants, along with other details specific to the project. From there, we will send an Estimate Specialist to the customer's location to review the site and write up an accurate and fair bid for the project. Do you have remnants or rug bindings?

We have remnants for almost every material in our store.  For carpet specifically, we offer "Rug Binding."  Rug Binding is when we turn remnant carpet (a section of unused material from a previous installation) into a rug!  Similar to hemming a seam, we are hemming the remnant so that it is a standalone rug.
